Who publishes InTuiti
INFINITYSOFT LTD (company number 07904550) publishes the InTuiti app for iPhone, Android, and the web. This notice covers InTuiti. Our company website privacy policy is separate and covers visits to infinitysoftltd.co.uk only.

Your academy and InfinitySoft
You sign in with an account issued by your academy. That academy decides what it keeps about its staff, parents, and students, and why. InfinitySoft provides the software and stores that information so the academy can run its classes. One academy cannot see another academy's information.
Information the app can hold
Depending on your role and what your academy uses, InTuiti can hold:
- Your name, email address, role, and sign-in details.
- The academy you belong to, and the classes linked to you.
- Timetable, attendance, homework, lesson sheets, and exam papers, including files that are uploaded.
- Messages sent inside the academy.
- Reward points, where the academy has rewards switched on.
- A device token if you allow notifications, so the app can alert that phone.
We do not sell personal information. The app is not a public directory. You need an academy account to see academy information.
Students
Students use InTuiti with an account their academy creates. Parents use the mobile app to see their own children. Questions about a child's information go to that academy first. You can also contact InfinitySoft at the address above.
How long information is kept
Academy information stays for as long as that academy uses InTuiti, unless the academy asks for it to be removed or the law requires a longer or shorter period.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. For information your academy entered, start with the academy. For the app itself, contact hello@infinitysoftltd.co.uk.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
